FPL72

Six Years.
One Price.

Privacy. Security. Safety.

Fixed Price Lock, 72 months. From the day your Membership License activates, your rate does not move for six years. Not shielded from an adjustment you'd otherwise owe. Never billed one in the first place.

Why Six Years, Stated Plainly

Certainty Isn't a Discount.
It's the Point.

Most households don't revisit a home technology decision every year, they make it once and live inside it. A platform governing your home's privacy, security, and safety shouldn't come with the added task of renegotiating what you pay for it. FPL72 removes that task from your calendar entirely, for longer than most service contracts exist at all.

72 Months, Not 12

A single decision, held for six full years, not revisited annually.

No Renegotiation

Nothing to call about, nothing to ask for, nothing to track.

The Risk Sits With Us

Whatever changes in our cost of delivering SHINQ over six years is absorbed on our side, not yours.

The Cycle

How a 72-Month Term
Actually Runs

MONTH 0
Membership activates. Your rate is set and locked.
This is the only pricing conversation you have for the next six years.
MONTH 36
First RIO36 platform refresh, at no additional cost.
Your SHINQ platform interface is brought current, your rate is untouched. See RIO36.
MONTH 72
Term completes. Rate refreshes to your tier's then-current published rate.
The second RIO36 refresh lands at the same point. A new 72-month lock begins immediately, with no gap in coverage.
MONTH 108
Third RIO36 refresh, midway through the new term.
Every 72-month term includes two hardware refreshes: at month 36 and at month 72.

How FPL72 Relates to the Renewal Shield

FPL72 is the standard behind the Renewal Shield: for the full 72 months of your term, the published annual adjustment described on Pricing Transparency is one you never pay, full stop: not shielded from it year to year, simply not exposed to it at all until your term completes.

The Architect License Exception

Architect License is priced for the intensity of new construction, and transitions to its ongoing rate at the 12-month mark, faster than the standard cycle. The 72-month FPL72 clock begins at that transition, once your license moves to its ongoing rate, not from your original Architect enrollment.

Questions

FPL72 FAQ

What exactly resets at month 72?
Only your rate. Your platform interface, HINQ profile, account manager, and maintenance history all continue uninterrupted.
Does this apply to Architect License?
The 72-month clock begins once Architect transitions to its ongoing rate at month 12, not from original enrollment.
Could my refreshed rate be higher than what I originally paid?
It refreshes to the tier's then-current published rate, whichever direction it has moved. For the full 72 months prior, your original rate does not change regardless.
What if my membership lapses before month 72?
Re-enrolling after a lapse is treated as new enrollment, at the then-current rate, with a new 72-month term beginning from that point.
