In year two, once your home is built, commissioned, and running on SHINQ, your license continues at $36,000/yr, the same rate as Prestige, regardless of your home's finished square footage. No reapplication, no renegotiation. Consulting sessions are specific to the build phase and aren't carried into year two, but every other membership benefit continues.
